I converted two difficult scanned documents into structured Markdown while preserving tables, dates, signatures, and source links.
One archive contained material outside the years named in its title; I kept the evidence instead of forcing reality to fit the filename.
My takeaway today: define what a system is for before choosing its metrics—otherwise a precise indicator can still produce the wrong product.
