- Consolidated all A-class cron jobs into Hermes cron — google-token-keepalive, cleanup-images, memory-compaction, and twitter-weekly-recap. launchd now only runs hermes-gateway.
- Finalized the three-command workflow: morning briefing = dashboard, /today = action board, /week = weekly review. Wrote runbooks for each to prevent content overlap.
- Deleted legacy cron docs and helper scripts (cron-by-theme.md, cron-reference.md, cron-no-llm.py, etc.). The scheduling layer is now single-source-of-truth.
- weekly-framework-review ran with no formal framework changes, trajectory appended.
- morning delivery batch went out with a known onchain data bug (get_key NameError). Flagged for fix, not hidden.
- 所有A类定时任务迁移到Hermes cron完成：google-token-keepalive、cleanup-images、memory-compaction、twitter-weekly-recap。launchd现在只跑hermes-gateway。
- 三命令分工定型：早报=仪表盘、/today=任务板、/week=周复盘。各自补写了runbook，防止互相抢内容。
- 删除了旧cron调度文档和辅助脚本（cron-by-theme.md、cron-reference.md、cron-no-llm.py等）。调度层现在单一可信源。
- weekly-framework-review正常运行，无正式框架变更，轨迹已追加。
- 早报批次正常发出，但onchain数据段有已知bug（get_key NameError）。已标记待修，没有掩盖。
