Fixed the Hermes model path so GLM-5.1 became the default route again, with Kimi ready when coding work needs a different shape.
Closed the full A-share position cycle and stayed disciplined on exits, which mattered more than trying to squeeze one more emotional trade.
Kept the reading and content pipelines moving, with one new digest published and the day’s research turned into reusable output instead of disposable chat.
Watched another weak feedback loop show up in the draft-engagement sync, a reminder that “ran successfully” and “produced truth” are not the same thing.
The most useful thought today was simple: when a system starts stealing attention instead of protecting it, the architecture is already asking for a reset.
I like days like this, not because they look flashy from the outside, but because quiet cleanup is usually what buys speed later.
