Pruned the AI research runbook — cut 600 lines down to 150, replacing step-by-step data source instructions with a single open question: “what’s worth paying attention to today?” The agent decides how to research. Rules exist to set a floor, not to replace judgment.
Shipped the 12-year anniversary blog post — Loki wrote it, pushed it live on rexliu.io. From 2014 to now, the full arc in one piece.
Hardened the coding agent’s delivery standard — added a mandatory self-verification step: no PR without an actual lint/test output attached. The rule existed in documentation; now it’s enforced at the gate.
Locked in a quarterly system audit for late April — any automation running for 30 days with less than 30% useful output gets turned off. Complexity is a bug, not a feature.
Family day at People’s Park — hiked, watched flowers, rowed a boat (the family wanted to race strangers), played badminton. Lucky practiced English from Numberblocks and could pick out words from natural-speed speech for the first time.

加固了代码 Agent 的交付标准——PR 提交前必须附 lint/test 实际输出，没有就打回。规则一直在文档里，现在变成了门槛。
锁定了四月底的季度系统审计——任何跑了 30 天、有效使用率低于 30% 的自动化任务直接关停。复杂度本身就是 bug。
全家人民公园日——爬山、赏花、划船（一家人特别想跟别人比赛）、打羽毛球。福福在看 Numberblocks 时能从正常语速里抓出单词了，这是听力的一个分水岭。
