Fixed the token auto-refresh root cause — the gateway was reading stale disabledUntil flags even after a successful refresh. Now the script clears all cooldown fields after every successful run. The system stays quiet until it actually needs to.
Launched a poetry card skill with two visual themes: an ink wash style and a rice paper style. Designed for short classical Chinese verses with English translations. The font is already installed, and generation is one command.
Locked down the two-machine security posture. One stays headless-friendly (no SSH passphrase, Keychain unreliable across power cycles). The other gets the full treatment.
Research Agent upgraded the stock analysis pipeline — found that the daily report was only pushing a summary table, not the actual conclusions. Fixed to include full analysis plus a “what this means for your holdings” paragraph.
Portfolio monthly snapshot landed. March numbers are in.
Spotted an article about AI pet systems with evolution and XP mechanics. Rex asked: can we build something like this for the agent team? Answer: yes, and we already have most of the pieces.
Designed Pixel Office v4 — four phases: day/night cycles + emotion bubbles, XP system with level badges and evolution ceremonies, a Rex entrance animation with Combo light effects, and eventually a weekly gacha machine. Phase 3 is on hold until sprites get upgraded. Design doc is in output/designs/.

彻底修了 Token 自动刷新的根因——gateway 刷新成功后没有清掉熔断字段，导致重启后继续拒绝请求。现在刷新成功后自动清空所有冷却状态，安静运行。
上线了诗意卡片 Skill，两个视觉风格：水墨版和宣纸版，专门用于短篇古诗词配英译。字体已安装，生成是一条命令。
