强烈推荐这个系列《Hidden Secrets of Money》算是我贵金属投资的入门课了，质量极高，简直难以想象是十几年前，独立完成，还能免费看。。。 https://t.co/R4weRoIsAM ----------------- 框架 & 心智模型（Framework & Mindset） 下面把视频中反复出现、可以抽象出来的核心框架和心智模型系统性整理出来，按“可直接拿来用”的方式重写。 1 “时间与自由”心智模型：财富 ≠ 数字，而是可支配人生的总量 核心思想：真正的财富是你可以自由支配的时间与人生选择空间，“钱”只是封装这些东西的容器。如果容器会漏，你表面数字再大，实质自由度都在缩小。 可以把这个心智模型拆解为几个操作层面的理解步骤： 2. 把“收入”翻译成“时间交换比率” 每当你获得一笔钱，不要只看名义金额，而要去问：这是我付出了多少小时、多少精神压力、多少机会成本换来的？ 用这个视角重算，你会发现：一笔 1 万的奖金，对一个月入 3000 的人，是巨大的时间回报，对年入百万的人则只是一个小的时间片段。 关键是：每一单位货币都对应某种“不可逆的生命片段”，所以随意持有“会被稀释的货币”，就像把已经耗费的生命能量继续置于风险之中。 3. 把“储蓄行为”重命名为“时间冻结行为” 当你把钱存入银行或放在现金里，本质是在试图“冻结一部分时间和自由”，以便未来使用。 这个动作的有效性，完全取决于你所用的载体是否能稳定保留购买力。 如果载体是 fiat currency，而发行者又持续高强度印钞，你每一次“存钱”，都在把辛苦冻结的时间暴露在被一点点蒸发的环境里。 4. 检查你使用的“容器”是否“漏水” 问自己一个具体问题： 假设我今天存下一笔钱，这笔钱在 10 年后、20 年后能买到的生活质量会增加吗？还是会下降？ 如果答案是“下降”，说明你在用一个物理结构上会漏水的容器存放时间与自由。 这时的 rational choice（理性选择）不是单纯存更多钱，而是改变容器——把一部分时间能量转移到不容易被稀释的载体上，例如具备长期 real purchasing power 的资产。 5. 用“货币的性质”筛选资产配置 不要先问“收益率有多高”，先问“这东西从货币定义的角度，是 currency 还是 money？” 如果它可以被无限量增发（例如各种法币、无严格发行约束的代币），那它属于“货币”阵营，适合作为短期交易媒介，而不是长期储值工具。 如果它的数量受物理或数学规则严格约束（黄金、白银、部分加密资产等），它更接近“money”的属性，可以考虑作为长期“时间与自由”的仓储器。 6. 把“工作—储蓄—消费”路径重构为“工作—选择载体—再消费” 传统路径：工作 → 货币收入 → 存入 fiat → 通胀稀释 → 再消费。 重构路径：工作 → 货币收入 → 快速转换部分 fiat 为 real money/real assets → 用余下部分处理日常开支。 即便你不打算成为专业投资者，这个简单的结构调整也能改变你与体系的关系：从“纯储蓄者”变成“部分 real asset holder（真实资产持有者）”。 这个心智模型带来的认知升级是： 不再盯着工资条的名义数字，而是盯着“这些钱在 10～20 年后能换来多少自由”； 不再天真地相信“多存钱 = 更安全”，而是开始追问“我在用什么载体存放我一生的时间”； 理解自己与货币体系的关系后，你才会认真看待“currency vs money”的区别，而不是把它当作概念性争论。

论文来了。名字叫 MSA，Memory Sparse Attention。 一句话说清楚它是什么： 让大模型原生拥有超长记忆。不是外挂检索，不是暴力扩窗口，而是把「记忆」直接长进了注意力机制里，端到端训练。 过去的方案为什么不行？ RAG 的本质是「开卷考试」。模型自己不记东西，全靠现场翻笔记。翻得准不准要看检索质量，翻得快不快要看数据量。一旦信息分散在几十份文档里、需要跨文档推理，就抓瞎了。 线性注意力和 KV 缓存的本质是「压缩记忆」。记是记了，但越压越糊，长了就丢。 MSA 的思路完全不同： → 不压缩，不外挂，而是让模型学会「挑重点看」 核心是一种可扩展的稀疏注意力架构，复杂度是线性的。记忆量翻 10 倍，计算成本不会指数爆炸。 → 模型知道「这段记忆来自哪、什么时候的」 用了一种叫 document-wise RoPE 的位置编码，让模型天然理解文档边界和时间顺序。 → 碎片化的信息也能串起来推理 Memory Interleaving 机制，让模型能在散落各处的记忆片段之间做多跳推理。不是只找到一条相关记录，而是把线索串成链。 结果呢？ · 从 16K 扩到 1 亿 token，精度衰减不到 9% · 4B 参数的 MSA 模型，在长上下文 benchmark 上打赢 235B 级别的顶级 RAG 系统 · 2 张 A800 就能跑 1 亿 token 推理。这不是实验室专属，这是创业公司买得起的成本。 说白了，以前的大模型是一个极度聪明但只有金鱼记忆的天才。MSA 想做的事情是，让它真正「记住」。 我们放 github 上了，算法的同学不容易，可以点颗星星支持一下。🌟👀🙏 https://t.co/Or3PVUv67q

I packaged up the "autoresearch" project into a new self-contained minimal repo if people would like to play over the weekend. It's basically nanochat LLM training core stripped down to a single-GPU, one file version of ~630 lines of code, then: - the human iterates on the prompt (.md) - the AI agent iterates on the training code (.py) The goal is to engineer your agents to make the fastest research progress indefinitely and without any of your own involvement. In the image, every dot is a complete LLM training run that lasts exactly 5 minutes. The agent works in an autonomous loop on a git feature branch and accumulates git commits to the training script as it finds better settings (of lower validation loss by the end) of the neural network architecture, the optimizer, all the hyperparameters, etc. You can imagine comparing the research progress of different prompts, different agents, etc. https://t.co/YCvOwwjOzF Part code, part sci-fi, and a pinch of psychosis :)

纳瓦尔最新博客：你只有一次人生（完整版） 人生的关键选择其实只有3个，看完醍醐灌顶！！ 对于刚刚开始的年轻人来说，什么是最重要的事情？ 花更多时间去做那些大的决定。 在你人生的初期阶段，或者你处于迷茫期，你要做的大的决定基本上只有三个：住在哪儿，和谁在一起，以及做什么。 1/。你最终会变成“你能接受的范围的下限” 。 Naval讲得很直接：“你最后会获得什么样的生活状态，取决于你对自己底线的容忍度。有些事你很在乎、你决不妥协，而有些事你无所谓、随随便便就接受了。而后者，往往就变成了你的命运。” 所以不是命运安排你“普通”“平庸”或“痛苦”，而是你对这些说了yes. 一段感情走下去，不是因为“非ta不可“，而是“已经这么久了”、“重新磨合一个人太麻烦了”、“ta虽然对我不太好，但ta也不给我惹麻烦”； 一份工作干了几年，不是因为“我很热爱”，而是“大厂有面儿”、“工作内容都熟悉了”、“还能忍忍”； 一个城市待了十年，不是因为“我很喜欢这里”，而是“在这里工作没办法”、“房子都买了”、“搬家太麻烦”。 Naval没有批评这些选择，而是提醒我们：这些不是世界强加给我们的，是我们默认接受的“最低标准”。 你能接受一个凑合，就不要抱怨为什么不能让你遇到你的热爱，这在任何领域都成立。你拒绝的东西里，藏着你的底线。 2/。人生其实只有3个关键选择。 Naval人生最重要的三个选择分别是：“你和谁在一起、你做什么以及你住在哪。” 这三个决定，构成了你每天醒来面对的生活、引发的情绪和可能的机会。但很多人几乎都没有认真选择过，而是任由它机缘巧合地“就这么发生了”。 A. 你和谁在一起 太多人都是“走着走着就在一起了”，从来没有真正想过：我是不是在“将就”，我的“底线”到底在哪。但Naval说，如果你不是一个愿意凑合的人，那就要学会在“有限时间内高效试错” -- 列出自己的底线，设定好时间范围，快速试错、快速排除、不断磨合调整，直到筛选出最适合自己的那个人。 B. 你做什么 Naval在他的书以及最新一期访谈里（纳瓦尔最新访谈：越快乐，越成功）不止一次提到过他认为每个人都应该去做的事情：“找到那个对别人来说像工作，但对你来说像玩的是。”“没有人能在成为你自己这件事上打败你。” 这就是你的天赋所在。找到它之后，想办法把它“杠杆化”，把自己和自己的天赋“产品化”-- 让它变成能创造价值、可以被无限放大的长期赛道。 C. 你住在哪座城市 这是很多人最容易忽略的一点，Naval强调说：“你住的城市，其实定义了你的社交圈、机会、视野，甚至美学与欲望。” 这个决定，在很多人那里几乎是被动发生的：在哪里读的大学、伴侣在哪、房价便宜、工作调动.....但它决定了你每天遇到什么人，说什么话，做出什么行为，看到什么天花板。不在你的思维以内的，就不会在你的行为以内；你想不到的，你就做不到。 3/。做选择时的3条黄金法则 读完第2点后，你也许会有一个疑问：OK我现在知道了我要好好思考这3个关键问题、并且做出选择了，但我要怎么做选择呢？ Naval给出了3条他自己在用的做选择时的标准，每一条都能帮助我们快速排除错误选项，缩小选择范围。 1、犹豫不决时，答案就是No. “真正想要的东西，你一秒都不会犹豫。一旦你开始在写上了pros & cons的表格上反复记分纠结时，说明你的内心早已有了答案。” 这一点对很多人来说很有点扎心，因为不想面对自己其实不想要这个事实，于是装作“我再考虑考虑”、“我还在权衡”。但这条原则逼着你对你自己诚实：你不行动，是因为你其实没那么想要。 2、两个选择差不多，选那个短期让你更痛的。 “因为长期来看，那个更痛的选择，往往才是能让你成长更多的路。” 做着稳定但一眼能看到头的工作，短期安全，但长期上升空间有限。跳出舒适圈、换种活法，短期很难，但可能打开新格局、创出新天地。 Naval不是在鼓吹没苦硬吃，而是如果你当下的生活没有令你满意，说明这条路并不能帮你拿到结果；这时候，就应该走那条能够帮你拿到结果的路，哪怕这条路一开始很苦很难。 3、选那个“长期更让你心安”的选择。 Naval是从Kapil Gupta（思想家、商业教练）那里学到这个原则的：去选那个从长远看，会让你更平静、更稳定、更少后悔的方向（这有点像我们在数学里学到的极值思维，取最大或最小值，看看那个结果如何）。 不是最安全的那个，也不是最赚钱的那个，而是把时间线拉长后回头看你也不后悔的那个。 30年后，你是否还会认可你当下所选的伴侣、所选的工作和所在的城市？如果不会，那最好一天都不要多选，及时止损。 谁在最初阶段都迷茫，迷茫不要紧。 只要你在醒悟的时候能够拿出“勇气”做出真正知行合一的选择，你一样可以活得”清醒“且“自由”。 从今天开始，把决定权从“随波逐流”里拿回来，认真地思考自己可以接受什么、不能对什么将就，真正去做一两个不凑合的选择，生命的齿轮就会开始转动了。

虽然说 vibe 没有最佳实践可言，每个人做事情的方式还是值得参考下，我在 vibe 的时候因为同时开几个项目，为了保持思路的连贯性，不同的项目做事情的顺序几乎保持一致，首先打开 /plan 模式和 cc 聊清楚所有背景：包括为什么做这个产品，目标用户是谁，产品主要的 user story 是什么。 一开始我们可能自己也不清楚自己要做什么，只有一个大概的想法，所以第一次的 plan 主要是让 cc 和我们有一个大致的共识，然后它会不断提问题以丰富我的想法，最后选择一个 mvp 方案给我们，把权限设定好之后让 cc 一次性去完成即可，它会拆分为 1-7 个阶段，然后全部自动执行。 在 mvp 的基础上最重要的是走通主要 user story 验证它的功能性，小 bug 可以暂时不管，验证成立之后，我会把之后要做的 bugfix 以及所有不重要的事情让他放到下一个迭代中去，具体迭代周期如何定义，这个看每个人的习惯，我觉得就算同样的提示词，它最后生成出的 md 文件中去记录迭代的 todo 也并非能做到可以 100% 一致，我们不需要太在乎这个。在这个时候，我会让他自己写一个 hooks 一旦判断这个 todo 文件被修改的时候就进行自动提交。方便之后我们回滚。 最后 mvp 完成所有主要任务，就是上线部署前的最后一步：品牌形象和 UI 的重新设计，这里为什么要放到最后来做，一个是这是一个几乎可以全自动的复杂任务，我一般让 Gemini 生成参考的 logo，单页网页和设计风格图片，再将设计风格对应的 html 下载到本地让 cc 自己参考，如果不要求特别细节，其实也可以直接复制粘贴网上已经存在的 design prompt，出来的效果大差不差，都非常好。 现在整个 UI/UX 的改版就像喝咖啡那么简单，实际上每到最后一步我就去客厅做其他事情了，cc 在这方面能做到从头到尾全部自动化，不太需要人工干涉。 最后是部署，用 vercel 和 next.js 的话也是全自动的，没什么需要操心的部分。在上线之前可以再打开一个 plan 模式让 cc 帮忙写法务文件，隐私条款什么的。是在不放心可以让 codex 来 review 下是否有显著的安全风险。

更新一些最近 Vibe coding 学习到的新知识 👇 距离推荐 Antigravity 已经一个月了，最近工具也升级了一轮，分享最新的一些心得吧。 1. 目前最划算 IDE 还是 Antigravity，如果白嫖到了 Google One 的试用或者教育优惠，那么 Vibe 单个项目是够用的。 2. 大模型的话，Gemini 3.0 Pro/Flash 做 UI 是顶流；Claude Opus 4.5 写代码是顶流。（两个在 Antigravity 里面都能白嫖，而且 Limit 分开计算） 3. 同一个项目在 Vibe 核心功能的时候不要换模型，不然可能会出现左右脑互搏的情况。比如 Gemini 写 Bug，Claude 改 Bug。 4. 初期部署 Vercel 就够了，免费版本新人友好。GitHub + Vercel 够新人折腾一阵子了。Vercel 默认域名国内打不开的话，套个付费域名就行。 5. Vercel 部署 + 付费域名，国内也能用到 Google API。 6. AI Studio 每天都有 gemini-3.0-flash-preview 的免费 API 限额，可优先在上面构建框架和试错。差不多了把 Code 下载下来本地改就行。 7. 不要自己造轮子，想到什么需求或是功能可以上 GitHub 搜索关键词（插播：我新做了一个 GitHub AI Tools 的排行页面，还在改细节，这周发布，很好用。🤗） 8. 不想烧 API 的，可以试试在本地拼装小模型。SLM 很多时候在小功能上比 LLM 更快更直接，而且 SLM 有些比想象中的小很多哦。 9. 现在很多工具支持 Multiple Agents 了，我现在喜欢用的是 Conductor @conductor_build ，好处是简单直观。不好就是需要改代码的时候还是要配合 IDE，但反正我不自己改代码就无所谓了。 10. 最近还充值了 Claude Code Max，平时拿 CCusage 和 Opcode 统计 Token 数量。 11. 如果买了 Claude Code Max，心态会不一样，因为希望「回本」，所以开始会产生「执行 > 思考」的逻辑。我觉得这在 AI 时代是可行的，因为试错成本低。还能被动地快速进入学习状态。 12. AI 时代非常赞同纳瓦尔的那句话：不断学习才是唯一的护城河。✊✊✊ Opcode 界面 👇，GUI 监测 Token 消耗还是很直观的。

Retreat is not an option. 3. A maniacal sense of urgency is our operating principle. 4. Product design should be driven by engineers. 5. You should not separate engineering from product design. 6. Having separate design and production departments is bullshit. Keep everything together and feedback immediate. 7. The leader should be on the front lines. You should be a battlefield general. 8. "If they see the general out on the battlefield, the troops are going to be motivated. Wherever Napoleon was, that's where his armies would do best." 9. Apply The Algorithm constantly. (1) Question every requirement. (2) Delete any part of the process you can. (3) Simplify and optimize. (4) Accelerate cycle time. (5) Automate. 10. Repetition is persuasive. "I became a broken record on the algorithm. I think it's helpful to say it to an annoying degree." 11. You should go ultra-hardcore on deletion and simplification. 12. Camaraderie is dangerous. It makes it hard for people to challenge each other’s work. (Refer to point #1) 13. Never ask your troops to do something you wouldn’t do. 14. Hire for attitude. Skills can be taught. Attitude changes require a brain transplant. 15. Good attitude = A desire to work maniacally hard. 16. The only rules are the ones dictated by the laws of physics. Everything else is a recommendation. 17. Keep your entire company committed to a common goal. 18. If things aren’t going well, throw away the existing design, start from first principles, question every requirement based on fundamental physics. 19. Find the limit. You want to delete as much as possible and you can’t do that unless you find the limit. 20. If you aren’t adding back at least 10% of the things you deleted, then you didn’t delete enough. 21. Maintain control. Avoid joint ventures. Eliminate middlemen. 22. Have a relentless dedication to questioning every requirement. 23. No work about work, just work. 24. Go to the problem. Get on the plane. Fly to the source. Go to the exact location in the factory. Go to the problem and stay there until it's resolved. 25. The best part is no part. 26. Be wired for war. 27. Do not fear losing. It hurts the first 50 times but then you’ll be able to play with less emotion. You will take more risks. 28. Stay heads down focused on doing useful things for civilization. 29. When something is important and has to be done quickly, have meetings every 24 hours to run the algorithm and check on the previous days progress. You'll be shocked at how fast this speeds things up. 30. Life needs to be interesting and edgy. 31. Delete, delete, delete, delete. There are 100 more ideas in the episode. I hope you listen to it. 30 years of Elon’s career + 60 hours of reading and research and me just absolutely ripping through idea after idea at 2x speed for 90 minutes. It will be hard to find a better use of time.
